Welcome to The 30A Beach House, a fully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal home that sleeps up to 6 guests, tucked inside a private gated community between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
Everything is designed to help you settle in, relax, and enjoy your time on 30A—from beach days to slow mornings on the balcony.

The Home
The 30A Beach House features one of the few reverse floor plans in the community, with the main living area and primary suite upstairs—bringing in natural light, coastal breezes, and an open, airy feel. The home has been thoughtfully renovated with a clean, coastal aesthetic, featuring handcrafted Moroccan tile, warm natural textures, and curated details throughout, including original artwork sourced from Spain.
Upstairs Living
The top floor includes the main living area, kitchen, dining space, and primary suite. The open-concept living room is comfortable and inviting, with two sets of French doors leading to a spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for morning coffee, a quiet afternoon, or sunset light in the evening.

The upstairs primary suite includes:
• King bed

• En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower

The kitchen is both beautiful and practical, with quartz countertops, matte white Café appliances, handcrafted Moroccan tile, and natural wood shelving. It`s stocked for real use—not just the basics—with non-toxic stainless steel cookware, a Ninja blender, juicer, full cooking prep tools, oils, and spices. Filtered water and ice maker included.
The coffee setup includes a Nespresso Creatista with pods, Chemex pour-over, plus coffee, tea, syrups, and essentials.
Downstairs
The first floor includes a bedroom with two queen beds, Samsung Frame TV, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a private courtyard and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

• New HVAC system
Garage fitness area includes a Peloton bike, free weights, and yoga mat.
Beach & Pool Access

Beach gear is provided, and optional beach chair service can be arranged directly with the local vendor.

Please wash all dishes, or load dishwasher and start the cycle. No need to make beds, the cleaning crew washes everything. Please turn the heating/air, lights off, and make sure doors are locked.

Beautiful upscale house , all the amenities with many thoughtful extra touches. We have stayed in multiple homes in Sunset Beach and this is by far the best . Jennifer and Kevin are excellent communicators and were super responsive to our every need . A truly wonderful experience and we would give this house and experience 6 stars if we could .

Everything was spotless and well put together. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into the space, and it felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. I’d definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was 5-star. Kevin and Jennifer were always in communication about our stay, and were very lovely hosts. The home is so clean and very well curated — high quality appliances and decor that enhanced our stay. We were all very impressed and enjoyed our visit.
