The 30A Beach House features one of the few reverse floor plans in the community, with the main living area and primary suite upstairs—bringing in natural light, coastal breezes, and an open, airy feel. The home has been thoughtfully renovated with a clean, coastal aesthetic, featuring handcrafted Moroccan tile, warm natural textures, and curated details throughout, including original artwork sourced from Spain.

The top floor includes the main living area, kitchen, dining space, and primary suite. The open-concept living room is comfortable and inviting, with two sets of French doors leading to a spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for morning coffee, a quiet afternoon, or sunset light in the evening.

It`s stocked for real use—not just the basics—with non-toxic stainless steel cookware, a Ninja blender, juicer, full cooking prep tools, oils, and spices. Filtered water and ice maker included.
The coffee setup includes a Nespresso Creatista with pods, Chemex pour-over, plus coffee, tea, syrups, and essentials.
Downstairs
The first floor includes a bedroom with two queen beds, Samsung Frame TV, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a private courtyard and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.

Please wash all dishes, or load dishwasher and start the cycle. No need to make beds, the cleaning crew washes everything. Please turn the heating/air, lights off, and make sure doors are locked.

Loved the property and location! Pet friendly for a small or medium sized dog. Loved the bikes and Enjoyed bike rides to local restaurants and shopping at Rosemary and Alys. Umbrellas, beach chairs and sand toys were a bonus! Very short walk to pool and beach. Lovely kitchen with basics including spices. We loved sitting on the balcony too.

The area/neighborhood was excellent! So many shops and restaurants close by and a lot to do within walking distance. The bikes were perfect, even to just make a run to the coffee shops. Home was very clean, and so was the pool area. Very nice Private beach too!
