• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.
The home is pet friendly for APPROVED pets only for a (non-refundable) Additional Fee:
- Small or Medium sized dogs ONLY
- Non-Shedding
- House-Trained

Sheila was an amazing host! The house was well stocked with everything you could need (we brought a dog crate but amazing this was available). The AC worked wonderfully, even in extremely hot and humid conditions this past week. This house was convenient to everything and very quiet and comfortable - tram to beach was an added plus!

Very clean, great communication with the manager, easy access to the property. This house was perfect for our small family of 4. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was everything you see on vrbo and more! Perfect location between Seacrest pool and all the activities/restaurants in the Seacrest square. Updated home with fully outfitted kitchen, baths, etc. comfy beds, great to have laundry and bikes too. Tram stop just across the street to take you to the beach. Very happy with our rental and will absolutely be back!
