This beautiful three bedroom, three bathroom home is found on Barefoot Lane at the rear of the community. Its driveway easily accommodates two vehicles and the home sits directly off of a beautiful green space path that takes you down to the Seacrest Lagoon Pool — the largest pool on 30A.

This charming house is located in a great neighborhood! There is a little construction going on behind it but when they are done, there will be a nice walking path with easy access. We rented this house, in part, because it is pet friendly. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a fenced yard or nearby dog park so the dogs could run free but we managed to get a good walk in each day. The beach was an about a 10 min walk from the house. You can’t take a cart or canopy larger than a single pole onto the beach. We had a group of nine and would’ve taken less room that way but we played by the rules. I recommend renting an umbrella and chairs once there (kind of pricy though) since the first-come-first-serve space is limited and fills up quickly. There’s a fun shopping area about a 10 min walk as well. I love that the preferred mode of transportation there is walking or biking. We rarely saw a golf cart in the area. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation and recommend the neighborhood, specifically this house.

Overall, 38 Barefoot is a great rental in a great location, and I’d recommend it The three king rooms with their own bathrooms made for a great layout for our group, and the balcony upstairs was awesome. We really enjoyed its location in Seacrest beach, as it was felt more quiet and secluded, yet still only 5 minutes walk to the pool and 10 to the beach. We would encourage the owners to invest in different pillows, as other reviewers have suggested as well. We found them to be small and flat.

Air condition system is terrible. 3rd floor is an oven, main floor is an icebox, master bath vents dont seem to have airflow. Thermostats do not respond to setting of the temps. Master bedroom mattress and pillows need replacing. Componants of sectional on main floor constantly slide apart and seat cushions slide off. Oven timer doesn't work properly. Noticed some repairs needed to porch railings and interior trim. Enjoyed the community very much...tram is a great convenience.
