Families flock to this area to enjoy the premier location in the heart of the action with full access to the private community pool, all resort amenities and the exclusive private beach. Lost in thought reminiscing about the many happy beach trips she had enjoyed, Pinkie Flamingo almost missed her turn. The landmark beach chair marking the entrance to Seacrest had come to represent a lifestyle sought after by those who appreciated the finer things in a beach vacation. For Pinkie… “makin' my way along 30A” was always an adventure. “Seacrest Beach is one of my favorites!”
With new owners and a new management 2024, this 2-story 4-bedroom offers the perfect canvas on which to paint your families favorite beach vacation memories. Pinkie took note of the parking both front and back as plenty of parking at the beach is always a plus. “We are off to a great start and I haven't even gotten inside!”

The vibe was welcoming with classic coastal furnishings bathed in natural earth tones and whites, while beachy blues and teals co-mingled pleasantly to accent the setting. Natural light streamed in from everywhere uplifting the already-buoyant mood. “How could anyone not love this?” Pinkie mused. Pinkie knows what guests really want and need on a vacation and this one is spot on.
Opportunities for getting together were everywhere… from the comfy seating in the living room to the accommodating dining table and on out to the balconies. The ingredients are all in place and ready to serve up some memorable meals. Some of Pinkie's fondest memories were of cooking with friends and family while on vacations. With a fully-stocked kitchen, appliances and serving pieces at hand, the set-up could not be better.
With her tour of the house complete, Pinkie paused…Let's don't forget why you really came here! Beach access is easy and an adventure in and of itself. Biking is a favorite pastime here and you can rent these up at Peddler's Pavillion. You can opt for a 12-minute leisurely walk across Hwy 30-A, through the Sunset community using the pedestrian boardwalk. Additionally, from March through October, the Seacrest Tram Service provides a fun-filled ride to and from numerous designated tram stops to the beach or the Lagoon. Tram service runs seasonally every day starting at 9:00 AM with the last pickup from the beach at 5:30 PM. FYI...golf cart rentals are prohibited in Seacrest.
Just minutes from Rosemary Beach and with its upscale shopping and dining and a short golf cart ride away from Inlet Beach and the fabulous 30Avenue Shopping Center, guests will enjoy exploring all that this coveted stretch of 30A has to offer including Seacrest Lagoon, the largest private community pool on 30A sporting 378,000 gallons of refreshing water in a 12,000 square feet area complete with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and covered eating areas. This fabulous amenity is open year-round 9AM – 10PM for residents and vacation guests only. Walk to the town center where you will find bike rentals, cute dining spots, shopping, and live music seasonally. Gather under the stars at the outdoor, grass amphitheater and enjoy, concerts and movies.
