Pet friendly for small to medium dogs!
Situated in Seacreest beach between Rosemary and Alys Beach, enjoy all the shops, entertainment, resort pool and private beach access our house offers.
Walk or bike to everything and enjoy the tram service to take you to the beach. Our beach and resort pool amenities are separate from Rosemary beach.
BEACH CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS: We start the season with 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas...there's also a cooler bag. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee this since some get damaged, some "walk away" and sometimes we end up with more!
With room for 14, there's plenty of room for large families or groups to spread out and enjoy.

Close to everything:
~.2 mile walk to the luxury resort pool and poolside grill and bar
~.5 mile walk to the deeded beach entrance (or take the tram!)
~.2 mile walk to restaurants and shops of Seacrest
~.5 mile (12 minute) walk to Rosemary shops and restaurants
Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig, blender, crockpot and pots, pans and utensils.
Propane grill and grill utensils
Plenty of parking in front of and behind the house
Pets allowed (one small to medium dog...$100 fee charged through AirBnB/Vrbo)

We had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. The pool is very convenient with drinks and snacks available to purchase. There’s a Publix close to the community where we could stock up on groceries for the week. Seacrest and Rosemary are a beautiful family area for a warm spring vacation.

Seacrest area is great, easy walk to pool and even beach (or you can take the free tram). Great little downtown area with a couple bars and food trucks, would def go back.
