Pooling Around, formerly known as "Cool Breeze," sits directly along the iconic 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool, offering front-row views and convenient access to one of the largest and most impressive pools on 30A. Just a 5-minute stroll from the pristine shoreline, this spacious, dog-friendly home accommodates up to 12 guests and is perfect for families, groups, or furry friends eager to enjoy all that Seacrest Beach has to offer.
Step inside and you’ll find a bright, open layout designed for comfort and connection. The main living area flows seamlessly into a well-equipped kitchen featuring a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-size refrigerator—ideal for preparing meals for any size group. The home offers multiple dining options, including a main dining area with six chairs, an additional round table with four chairs, and a breakfast bar with two high chairs. Whether you’re enjoying coffee on the balcony overlooking the palm-lined pool or sharing stories around the dining tables, every space is set for memorable moments together.
A unique feature of this home is its separate downstairs apartment, accessible through the garage area or from a private side entrance that leads directly outdoors. This lower-level space includes its own kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, making it a great option for guests who prefer extra privacy or wish to avoid stairs. Everything needed for a comfortable stay is available on this level. The downstairs area can also be locked, offering added security for parents or guests who want to monitor access.
