About this house rental
Everything you could possibly need awaits you in this 2BR + Third-floor "Crows Nest" + 2 Full Bath courtyard home with a guest garage for vehicle and another garage to store bikes and beach gear. Located south (Gulf side) of 30A, gated Villas at Sunset Beach is a 5 minute walk to Rosemary and Alys Beach shops and restaurants. The house sleeps 8 total. First-floor bedroom has 2 Queen Beds with full bath and laundry closet with large capacity front load washer/dryer. Second-floor Master Bedroom has a King Bed and full bath. There is a small, covered balcony off the master bedroom with two Adirondack Chairs. Third-floor "Crows Nest" has two twin beds situated in a built-in "L" shape. Please note: the Crows Nest is an open space (no door) and most suitable for children/teens as there is limited space for luggage, etc.
The second-floor, living/dining area is cozy, inviting, and beautifully decorated with a well-appointed kitchen. The French doors off the living room lead to a deck with a patio table and seating for 4. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The island has seating for 4, and the sofa table converts to a table, if needed.
Only 10 of the 34 homes in the community have garage parking. This home has 2 garages. Please note the garage spaces are very tight (7ft 10in wide) you will need to pull your mirrors in, and depending on the length of your vehicle you may have to leave the garage doors up while your vehicle is parked in the garage. The left garage stores beach chairs guests are welcome to use.
This is a gated and guarded community and has a HEATED (seasonally) oceanfront pool.
Pet Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee of $350 will be added to your booking. Pet must be pre-approved by owner. Please contact owner before you book. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed and must be 30 lbs or less.

Great time. Super convenient to Seacrest beach. It was nice to be able to place our chairs early in the morning, hang out at the beach, run back to the house to make lunch, finish the day watching the sunset on the beach. The house worked perfectly for our family of four plus our dog.

The place is near the beach, near many good places ,the area is nice, the beach was nice too, , area was walkable and very family oriented. I loved the area a lot and the house.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect!!!

Property is beautiful, was clean and in a great location. Specially the walking distance to the beach. The only thing is that there were no extra supplies in the property. If we would’ve known ahead of time we would’ve brought them with us. No extra TP besides what was in use already, very little hand soap, no trash bags, and no paper towels. Did mention it to the host and they brought some supplies over but still was missing some things. They also want you to do laundry and there was only one laundry pod. Would I recommend staying here? Yes, but probably bring your own supplies.
