The temperature is low even though the highest heated equipment.

We were happy to have the freedom to come and go as we wanted. We made use of the car for visits to the surrounding area

It was clean and simply furnished and met our needs It was in a calm area

Stairs! (We are older so we found those a bit challenging). Parking was a bit difficult.

Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was brilliant; short walk to all attractions, shops and bistros/restaurants. Avignon was interesting and there were many things to do.

Spacious apartment well located in a quiet area. On street parking we were lucky but could be difficult to find.

Casa ampia e centrale ma check in difficile e comunicazione complicata.

Ottima posizione e struttura molto ampia e accessoriata.

E’ richiesta una cauzione veramente sproporzionata (400 euro a dispetto dei 100 pagati per la notte ) e la comunicazione è ambigua , dice prima che sarà restituita subito dopo il check out ed il controllo degli eventuali danni , per poi invece dire che sarà restituita entro 7 giorni. Inoltre ci era stato concesso gentilmente un check in anticipato ma l’host si è dimenticato di sbloccare il codice d’accesso, senza rispondere per telefono.

Una piacevole sorpresa

L'appartamento, con le sue 2 camere e l'ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista è comodissimo per 4 persone. La cucina, anche se piccola, è dotata di tutti gli accessori/stoviglie. Doccia molto comoda, la toilet separata decisamente pratica. All'interno delle mura, permette di godersi il centro di Avignone anche semplicemente a piedi. Parcheggio a pagamento in tutto il centro, ma gratuito dalle 19 alle 9; se non si trova sotto casa o nelle vie limitrofe, a circa 15 minuti a piedi c'è un parcheggio gratuito molto grande che offre anche servizio navetta gratuito per tornare in centro (des Italiens, vincolo di 24 ore massimo, ma basta uscire e rientrare successivamente). Supermercati, panifici/pasticcerie, teatri e negozi in tutto il centro. Posizione davvero comoda. Ottima la soluzione per apertura/chiusura porta di ingresso.

Lo stabile è vecchio, pertanto porta con sè una serie di "disagi" (atrio poco illuminato, scale strette, pavimento irregolare, infissi datati), ma nulla che non sia ampiamento ripagato dagli aspetti positivi già esposti

Manque de propreté : Sol, plinthes, vmc, poubelle, cuisine,moisissure douche, etc …Nécessiterait une bonne rénovation.

Charmant appartement au coeur d'Avignon. Top

Super emplacement en coeur d'Avignon, la rue commerçante est à deux pas. Bel appartement atypique et charmant. Equipement parfait pour 5. Hôte très disponible. Vraiment idéal pour profiter d'Avignon.

parking dans la rue payant et cher (gratuit le week-end), d'autres parking sont dispo à proximité. Aération des toilettes et salle de bain bruyante mais c'est pour chipoter et après une bonne journée de marche, vous n'y faites plus attention.

Appartamento comodo al centro di Avignone, ben equipaggiato. Palazzo vecchio, ma internamente alloggio in ordine. Cucina e bagno funzionanti, proprietario reperibile per ogni esigenza.

Qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione servirebbe soprattutto per il pavimento.
