Good location

Good location just inside the city wall and convenient close to the large free parking. Very clean and comfortable overall. Nice staff, we got an early check in. Overall very good!

The bed was short. I would have given a much higher grade of my feet were not dangling over the bed frame, which interrupted my sleep quite a lot. I'm not very tall, 178cm, but I did not fit in the bed. If you are 165cm or shorter you won't notice, but this needs to be fixed.

Some steep stairs to carry up your bags but after that great. Easy to miss the lockbox as it’s tucked in beside a column to the left. Nothing bad about this property though

Noisy area.

Good communication by host, who lives offsite. The apartment was clean. Good a/c. Comfortable bed.

There was a foul odor outside of the building for the first 2 days of our stay. The apartment is far from being soundproof. The first night, we listened to a couple arguing for about two hours. The second night, a band or loud stereo system played until 2 a.m. it was difficult to access the area with a car.

A spotless apartment with everything you need

This was a very attractively furnished, spacious and nicely updated apartment in a great location just inside the city walls. It was a short walk to free parking and a grocery store, and many restaurants were a few blocks away. There was no noise, and we slept well. We thought this was a great value for the money. It is a wonderful place to explore the beautiful and historical city of Avignon from.

We had a little trouble finding the lockboxes for the keys, which aren't in the doorway, but just around the corner to the left. But we were tired, so that's probably why!

Room is right above a theatre and very loud, shows went all day during the Avignon festival till 12pm at night. Aircon did not work properly and bed was abit uncomfortable.

Very good

Small but had everything I needed and was comfortable. Unfortunately I only had sun for a couple of hours but I enjoyed the little terrace. Quite close to Pope's Palace and Bridge

Nice apartment , no so far from the centre.

The owner told us to wait him for the chek out but he forgot to come,letting us wait 30 minutes .He also told us to arrive before of 19:30 for the chek in becouse after he would have been working giving us stress,but he worked in a little theatre right down stairs, in the same building. The Apartment is in front of a road with noises of cars.

Disappointing, accommodation doesn't reflect the high score it has

Didn't t like the apartment, basic apartment with misleading reviews obviously - more like 7.5 than 9.0 accommodation, huge disappointment as I planned to have a romantic gateway which wasn't that at all, the host too pushy with his messages.

Basic, didn't like artificial grass on the terrace, no air outside as it is in the "hole"between the buildings, location a bit out of the centre. Bathroom could be improved, overall lack of atmosphere.

The kitchenette was in full contrast to the sleeping area, rather nursery like There is not really a parking but an option to park in a public area, so citing it as an option is misleading It was thrilling to get in touch with the host - several unanswered calls already made me thinking that I am to look for another place to stay at the very last moment. Luckily he picked up just before giving up, when we were 2 minutes away from the flat. Generally Sylvain appeared a pleasant person, but the first part created unpleasant scent for us. Bathroom was too packed. Somehow the photos on site create higher expectations, but generally it is OK for overnight.

Studio binnen de stadsmuur

Goed geoutilleerde studio, net binnen de stadsmuur. Klein terras met uitzicht op het dak van het buurhuis. Voldoende pads voor het koffiezetapparaat.

Verandering van datum maakte verblijf onverwachts wat duurder. Gastvrouw en gastheer gaven afzonderlijk iets verschillend advies over ontvangst en parkeren. Parkeren in de straat was moeizaam. Grote openbare parkeerplaats was een stuk verderop. De lange trap naar boven is wat moeizaam met bagage en iemand, die slecht ter been is. Geen vriesvak in de koelkast.
