Lovely house in a great location.

Very comfortable, clean, great location close to city centre and local amenities. The house was very spacious, kitchen well equipped, great showers, very comfortable beds! Perfect for a couple of days exploring Avignon.

Everything was great, our only comment is that there were two fantastic big Bodum mugs, a couple more would have be great as we had to take it in turns to use them ( we appreciate it’s probably a very British thing loving large mugs!!).

Great apartment

Large apartment. It was clean. Located on a semi busy street but mostly quiet at night. Other reviewers mentioned the stairs up to the bedrooms. Yes they are a bit steep Nicely equipped for cooking. If you dont mind the 20 min walk to the train station then the location is good. 2 showers upstairs but only 1 toilet so even though it could sleep 6 it might be tough for 6 people but there is another toilet downstairs Plenty of light Easy access with lock box. Would recommend staying here.

Appartement bien situé, propreté à revoir

Bon emplacement, idéale pour faire la ville à pied (à quelques mètres du pont d'Avignon et du Palais des Papes). Appartement très spacieux. Bonne literie (des lits de 160 à la place de 140 seraient parfaits). 2 salles de bains et 2 WC separés.

En arrivant nous avons tous enlever les chaussures pour marcher pieds nus dans l'appartement et à notre grande surprise, au bout de 5 minutes, nos pieds étaient noirs. Les sols n'étaient pas propres. Le patito pareil, nous ne pouvions pas sortir tellement c'était sale. Nous avons donc appelé le propriétaire qui a fait venir quelqu'un 2h après notre arrivée pour nettoyer le patio et le lendemain matin les sols. Il n'y a pas de prise électrique dans les salles de bains! La vaisselle était sale, nous avons tout dû relaver. Une barrière de sécurité en haut des escaliers serait appréciable. Quartier un peu bruyant la nuit.

Excelente opção, custo beneficio soberbo, extremamente confortável, super indico!

A maison é enorme, muito maior do que pensávamos. A chave fica em um pequeno cofre fora da casa, pendurado na grade da janela, apesar de na mensagem constar 17:00 para o checkin, entramos as 14:00hs sem problema algum. Fica dentro da muralha, pode-se fazer toda a rota turística a pé, tem padaria, restaurantes, fromageries, carrefour City tudo a uma curta caminha a pé. A sala tem uma enorme mesa, um sofá super confortável e TV com Netflix, prime, Disney e outros canais. Todos o ambientes tem ar condicionado, pegamos 38 graus e foi providencial. A cozinha tem tudo, absolutamente tudo para o hóspede, de forno a máquina de lavar louças, de torradeira a maquina de café e micro-ondas. Tem um terracinho simpático com mesinha e cadeiras, não usamos. Tem um lavabo no térreo com pia para lavar as mãos (parece bobagem, mas acho raríssimo encontrar esse conforto em hotéis e Airbnb na Europa). Subindo as escadas tem tres quartos com mais um banheiro com pia e dois banheiros separados para banho. Apesar de um deles ser micro banheiro, foi bom dividir os espaços entre homens e mulheres (sugestão: mais ganchos para pendurar toalhas e suporte para sabão e shampoo). As camas são ótimas, roupa de cama bem limpinha, as toalhas estão bem usadas, poderiam melhorá-las. Tem armários a vontade. Não usamos o aquecedor, mas me pareceu que tem um no banheiro maior (nao tenho certeza). A rua é tranquila depois das 22Hs.

Acho que poderiam caprichar melhor na limpeza, a maquina de café estava bem sujinha, poderiam deixar umas pedrinhas de sabão para a maquina de lavar louça, umas duas já seriam suficientes. Tivemos uma certa dificuldade com o trinco da porta para sair da casa, depois pegamos o jeito. Não ter vaga de garagem dificultou um pouco, como ficamos visitando as cidades próximas tendo Avignon como base, pagamos o razoável, mas se for deixar o dia todo, o estacionamento fica caro. Melhorar a qualidade das toalhas seria muito recomendável.

Logement super !

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied dans le centre ville, très calme, grand espace dans l'habitation, grand confort de la literie, patio.

Manque de patères dans les 2 salles de bain pour accrocher vêtements et serviettes. Une grande serviette de douche par personne très bien mais pas de sèche main (1 pour les lavabos dans chaque sdb et toilettes seraient un plus).
