Le Cosy Paddock - Balcon - Proche Gare

J’ai aimé l’emplacement Proximité de la gare, RER accessible facilement pour Les visites sur Paris et même pour aller dans les gares. Endroit calme.

-Les équipements n’ont pas été vérifié et était de mauvais états Ex :Frigo ne fonctionnait pas trop bien et trop petit on devait s’acheter à manger tout les jours. -le bouilloire manquait le socle et on n’a pas pu l’utilisé. -pas de lumière dans l’entrée car pas d’ampoule. -A notre arrivé l’appartement n'était pas propre il y avait une mauvaise odeur qui est restée tout le long de notre séjour surtout quand on rentrait le soir. -Il manquait une table pour les repas. -Il n’y avait pas de balai et aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas convenablement. -Les toilettes pas propres. -Il est dommage que nous avons gardé les mêmes draps et couettes pendants 15 jours.

Area is industrial, limited parking options on the street. Some talk of on-site parking in the building’s parking lot but not offered. Pots and pans still had black coming off them after 3 preliminary washes.

Great location and communication from hosts with a simple check in

The couch was stained and the bed was broken with a hole in the middle. There was also lots of wear and tear around the apartment. On arrival, there was no toilet paper and we arrived late so weren’t able to purchase any until the next day. The sofa bed worked okay for one person but would definitely not be suitable for 2 adults. We weren’t in the apartment much but the sleeping conditions were not great overall.
