El espacio era pequeño pero bonito y bien mantenido. Al estar en nivel de la calle facilitó el acceso. Para nosotros estaba ubicado cerca a una zona que nos interesaba.
En la descripción daba la impresión que el dormitorio era separado del espacio del sofá cama y que se tenía un closet. Pero al ser un pequeño estudio solo existía el sofá cama y un colgador de ropa. Práctico para nuestra corta estadía pero más pequeño de lo esperado.

Studio très bien entretenu et très accueillant. Équipement et accessoires au top : nous n'y manquons de rien. La présence d'une baignoire et le jardin Japonais, exceptionnel, sont un véritable plus. La communication avec la personne gestionnaire est tout à fait cordiale et réactive. Je recommande à 100% pour les petits et moyens séjours.
En mon absence, j'avais été prévenu par le propriétaire qu'une personne allait rentrer dans le studio pour un rendez-vous technique. À mon retour, certaines affaires avaient bougées, une auréole d'eau était présente sur le canapé, la vaisselle qui m'incombait avait été réalisée... J'ai trouvé cette prise d'initiative un peu déstabilisante et envahissante.
Le quartier n'est pour moi pas extra ; le propriétaire ne peut rien y faire.
