Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko końcowej stacji metra .
Mieszkałyśmy tylko jedną dobę z powodu braku ciepłej wody i ogrzewania . Zaproponowano nam apartament w innej lokalizacji, niestety o wiele dalej od stacji metra

De ligging in het centrum van Montreuil, vlak bij een metrostation was een sterk pluspunt. De bedden waren uitstekend, en de airco was - gezien de zeer warme dagen - zeer welkom ;-)
Bij het proberen te douchen op de eerste avond hebben we zelf moeten ontdekken dat de boiler voor warm water niet opstond. Gelukkig kon die met een eenvoudige druk op een knop geactiveerd worden, maar het zou goed zijn moest dit in de mail over de toegang vermeld worden.
Wat ook beter kan, is een klein nachtlampje aan het bed, zodat je niet het - zeer ongezellige - fel licht moet aanlaten wil je nog lezen in bed.

La ubicación estaba muy bien, a un par de cuadras de la estación del metro con bastante oferta comercial y gastronómica en el area. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien, limpias, bien mantenidas y funcionales. Todo tal como aparece en el anuncio.
El acceso es quizas complejo ya que es un segundo piso sin ascensor pero nada del otro mundo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy facil y rapida. Sin duda volveria.
Lo único negativo es que al ser un ultimo piso es fácil chocarse contra el techo, quizás para alguien muy alto podría ser incomodo.
