Nice place with complex arrangements
Location is fantastic,close to everything including airports and metro plus rail.The historic fort is an asset in front of you.This is more like a near studio room which is perfect for a solo traveller or couple without kids.Kitchen has microwave,fridge,washing machine,small dishwasher and electric hob .There is no oven. Lot of french books and indoor plants with good ventilation and a white base which adds to the brightness.
1) check in and out is complicated and it needs communication regularly with the host which might be tricky if you are checking in late as the key needs to be picked up physically 2) Anyone with heavy luggage will have an issue carrying bags from the staircase as it is on the second floor with no lift and small staircase width. 3) There is a deposit which will be on hold from your credit card for which should be prepared as it is a bit unusual on booking.com.I have to put 700 euros as deposit on hold for security 4)Service tax has to be paid 5.75 euros for the stay in addition to the charges which will also surprise you as they are all conveyed after the booking.

I paid Euro 22 for "reception" which I dont like to meet people for checkin any way. Would prefer a key code or key lock. Apartment was missing a couple standards: no dishwasher towel. Dish soap was empty.
