The apartment was in a nice clean neighborhood with lots of restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores nearby. There are two train/metro stations nearby, one was the Line 1 Metro and the other is the RER. It was not in a touristy area.
We had trouble opening the door from outside and inside since we were not familiar with the locking system. Maybe you can make a video on how to do it correctly. we were told by the staff that it was a new type of lock. Also, it took a bit longer to get to Central Paris but other than that, nothing else was negative.

La proximité du festival We love Green et le quartier secure pour deux femmes. L’accessibilité au logement, la calme la nuit et la propreté du logement. La mise à disposition de tout le nécessaire de toilette (serviettes et produits de douche).

Climatisation, vraie salle de bain, télé accédant à arte.tv (bien qu'un peu délicate à manier) qui propose de très beaux concerts, bon frigo, vraie table : studio complet.
Une machine à laver eut été appréciée. Les distributeurs de savon étaient très raides. Le matelas était un tout petit peu trop mou pour mon dos. La télé est délicate d'utilisation en mode arte.tv : tout zapping , en l'occurrence involontaire, oblige à réinitialiser la chaîne, ce qui est assez long et difficile. Rien de bien gênant cependant.

Emplacement super au centre de Vincennes. Logement très propre et très bien équipé. Commerces et restaurants à proximité.
