Great experience! We would come back again

The studio was cozy, clean, and well furnished. It had all the amenities we needed. The location is good as well and well connected to the center of Paris and to Disneyland.

Our only negative point was the bed that was small for 2 people.

A very cute flat, great location close to RER, the underground, and the Vincennes forest (go see the Parc floral!). Calm. Shop just across the street.

The staircase can be noisy, but it's a very calm building so it wasn't a problem during the night.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, ωραία περιοχή και μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το μετρό. Ακριβώς απέναντι υπάρχει σουπερμαρκετ και στη γωνία φούρνος. Το κατάλυμμα είναι όμορφα ανακαινισμένο και αρκετά ευρύχωρο για τα δεδομένα του Παρισιού (ανταποκρίνεται 100% στις φωτογραφίες). Υπάρχει κουζίνα, εσπρεσιέρα και είναι ιδανικό για 2 άτομα.

Πάρα πολύ κακό και άβολο κρεβάτι! Πρόκειται για ένα ημίδιπλο και όχι διπλό κρεβάτι, στο οποίο δεν χωράνε δύο άτομα. Επίσης τα μαξιλάρια είναι τεράστια και πάρα πολύ σκληρά και πολυκαιρισμένα που κάθε πρωί ξυπνούσαμε με πονοκέφαλο. Τέλος, να αναφέρω πως επί μία εβδομάδα που διαμείναμε δεν έγινε αλλαγή στις πετσέτες..

Il quartiere sembrava molto tranquillo e residenziale. La struttura era pulita, nonostante il check-in fosse alle 16:00, Laura molto gentilmente ci ha consentito di lasciare i nostri bagagli prima. Completa di tutto e i riscaldamenti funzionavano molto bene. La metro é vicina e davanti l’appartamento ci sono un supermercato e una farmacia. Host disponibile e risponde subito.

Nulla, forse avrei aggiunto più di un rotolo di carta igienica dovendo stare noi 5 giorni abbiamo dovuto provvedere ad acquistarla e qualche cialda in più di caffè, ma niente di irrisolvibile.

L’emplacement est idéal. Logement très propre et très joli. Même si c’est un vieil immeuble il n’y a pas de bruit la nuit et on n’entend pas les voisins. Je recommande

Naprosto perfektní lokalita, klidný čistý dům i byt. Soukromí, praktičnost a účelně vybavený byt. K dispozici čaj a káva, hygienické potřeby, ručníky. Úplně super. Vše šlo hladce.

Jediná drobná slabina je nulové odhlučnění od ostatních bytů.

A fuir absolument, personne malhonnête

Je tiens a préciser que je republie ce commentaire a la suite d'un chantage odieux par la propriétaire ! A la suite d'un "séjour" en septembre absolument déplorable, j'avais laissé un mauvais commentaire sur son logement. Celle ci m'a promis d'accepter ma demande de remboursement si je supprimais mon commentaire, chose que j'ai faite a contre coeur. Mais une fois le commentaire supprimé celle ci n'a plus jamais donné de nouvelles et a refusé ma demande de remboursement ! Qu'à cela ne tienne j'ai réussi a contacter booking pour republier mon commentaire. Nous avons perdu 400€ mais au moins ce commentaire restera bien affiché cette fois ci !! Un "séjour express" ou ne nous sommes même pas restés une heure dans cet appartement tant il était sale et insalubre !! Le logement est petit et très mal insonorisé, si votre voisin éternue vous serez les premiers au courant. La salle de bain sent le renfermé, les joints sont noirs mais selon la propriétaire c'est normal. Le lit est taché et complétement déformé. Le tapis dans la chambre était gris de saleté et rempli de miettes, cheveux et autres Un tapis de poussière présent depuis au moins plusieurs mois était sous le lit, mais encore une fois selon la propriétaire l'appartement était propre ! Ce logement est une catastrophe et la propriétaire est une des personnes les plus malhonnêtes a qui j'ai eu à faire. Elle nous a tout simplement fait du chantage ! C'est une honte. J'ai gardé toutes les photos de ce logement miteux. Fuyez ce logement et cette personne a tout prix !!!

Appartement calme, facile d'accès (5mn du métro) tous services à proximité (boulangerie, Superette, boucherie charcuterie, boulangerie, cafés, restaurants) L'accès au Bois de Vincennes ou au centre de Paris ne demande que 20' Nous avons aussi rencontré la responsable de l'appartement (L.R) très aimable

Trop forte odeur du désodorisant - j’ai dû le mettre sur la fenêtre dehors Pas de savon dans la salle de bain pour le lavabo et la douche Seule prise de courant pour la table très inaccessible (sous le radiateur : il faut la trouver et s’accroupir pour l’atteindre) Lumière au plafond trop forte, impossible à diminuer : soit trop fort, soit éteint Très mauvaise isolation phonique : on entend les conversations des voisins et tous les déplacements (tardifs) dans l’immeuble
