Location, Location - Modern 2 Bed Apt in Killarney

The apartment was clean and well located

The apartment was damp and the heating control was not obvious. The smell from the heater in the ensuite meant that we couldn't heat the bathroom.

Good location and car parking. Very comfortable and clean. Great for our small group

Sensor lights in hallway very annoying. Washer/dryer not user friendly

Cars parked outside house on sat morning on both side if house, blocking view of car reversing out to main road. So better to reverse park in house compound - easier to get out to main road.

It was next to a lovely petrol station that made fresh baked goods and had a variety of fresh food.

1. Could find location. Never heard of an eir code before that you apparently put into google maps to pin the location. Due to the bike show (not informed about this) it took over 30 minutes to travel the road when we missed the house and had to turn around. (Generally a 2min drive) We stopped at numerous places asking for help, and no one could tell us where the house was. The phone number provided didn't answer the calls, so we were reliant on receiving emails. 2. No working heater in kitchen or lounge rooms. 2 nights were cold. 3rd night, a heater was provided. 3. Tried to use the washer /dryer, but the drier instructions are 2 words that don't correspond with the appliance. 4. No internet connection, as a group of 4 after a long day of travel. We couldn't enjoy a movie together, using netflix, which was advised we could log into, this wasn't working. 5. Kitchen appliances were great. However, there were no utensils to support the kitchen. No tongs, no spatulas, no sharp knife to cut veggies etc. and pans were chipping off Teflon. We stayed 3 days here, and this part of the trip was not enjoyable and we couldn't spend quality time socialising together in the evenings due to the above. Sorry, this place needs improving We deserve a refund for this stay.

Brilliant Location

The apartment was ideal for a stay with family. It was fully equipped and super clean. Location is great for walking into town or going to concert in INEC.

Didn't have a hairdryer or shampoo or shower gel which would be a nice touch.

Very easy access

The taps are weird and quite annoying. The milk left for us in fridge was off. I’d always appreciate tea coffee and milk being left for guests.

Everything! Comfortable, big property in a fantastic location. Close walk to the CBD, the park & facilities. Great beds, facilities and comfortable for two couples.

The exit lights and auto lighting was unnecessary. Not being able to choose what lights were on wasn’t great but that was our only concern.
