There was a laundry room but the outside door was locked and there was no key for that door

Perfect Apartment

Absolutely lovely apartment. Immaculate throughout. Had everything you need for Self Catering. Dish clothes tea towels detergents absolutely everything provided. Very comfortable beds. Very warm apartment. Quiet area. Great shower. TV comfy couches. Perfect will definitely stay again. Not to far from shops.

Restful stay

The apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, very easy to regulate room tempetature with buttons on radiators, always hot water in the shower, bathrooms were shiny, kitchen well equipped. Cars parked securely right in front of the apartments. Beautiful view from balcony overlooking mountains. Very peaceful, private and quiet place. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and Jacobs biscuits 😃. I was allowed late checkout, thank you very much! I recommrnd Rookery Mews Apartments wholeheartedly.

Really good location! Staff were lovely! The apartment was really nice, spacious and clean. We had one room with a double and a single bed, another room with a double bed and an en suite and a main bathroom. Then a living area kitchen/seating and balcony.

Amazing! Would highly recommend it to couples, families and groups!

Michéal was wonderful! We requested to check in 4 hours earlier than usual and he very graciously made this possible. Also, we made a last minute request to check out an hour later and he said we were welcome to have an extra two hours in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, warm, cosy and comfortable. A variety of cleaning supplies were available for us to use. Tea, coffee and some biscuits were provided, which was lovely. We had a fantastic stay. The apartments would suit couples, families and groups. We will be recommending Rookery Muse apartments to all of our family and friends who will be visiting Kerry for our wedding next year!

It would have been a bonus to have use of the washing machine and dryer next to our apartment.

Great value and super spacious.

The unit was very spacious and included a very well appointed kitchen and lounge area. Onsite parking and laundry facilities were great. Freshly renovated bathroom with excellent shower. Check it was easy, great communication with staff. Easy walking distance into Killarney and close to Ring of Kerry/Killarney National Park. Loved our stay here.

This is an exceptional place to stay in Killarney. Excellently appointed apartment with everything one needs, warm and cosy. Easy access to the centre of town and other sights. It is quiet. Great except for one issue...

Everything was as described and very accommodating.

The amount of synthetic fragrance used in cleaning supplies was intense! Some of the kitchen cabinets were so strongly filled with fragrance that even the dishes tasted like it. We all struggled with the chemicals and ended up leaving windows open 24/7. It is 2025 and the science is clear on the dangers of synthetic fragrances!

The property is adequately furnished and stocked for a comfortable family stay. I like that they provide a welcome box of cleaning materials and kitchen supplies. We were not short of anything for 3 day stay . They also have laundry facilities which os extremely helpful when you have been traveling for a while

The only complaint I have is how damaged the non stick pans were. They could provide stainless steel pans instead.

Surprised at the quality of the apartment

Great apartment, fully equipped, very clean, lots of towels. They provide all the essentials- tea-towels, dishwasher tablets, wash up liquid, plenty of toilet rolls and a hot drinks welcome pack. Charming host. Great views. Felt very safe.
