Where it was located.

Our bedroom widow was leaking water and had out windowsill soaked in water and the wall beside the window was very damp too. This leakage was causing mold.

Mathew is a legend

The location was exceptional, right in the city center. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff (Mathew) were absolutely phenomenal, helpful and approachable. Absolute legend

we had a great time exploring Killarney National Parks and Ring of Kerry.

Location was great. Its about 5 minute walk to the main street so its quiet at night.

We had to ask for more towel because we only have one and there is no body wash.

Simple modern clean quiet stay but no lifts and a distance from the car park.

Modern clean serviced room with twin beds. View was acceptable . Was noisy on Friday evening for a short while as in centre of town. Ideal for Parkrun event in Killarney which I undertook. .

Be aware it is simply serviced rooms with no lift . Staff did help to carry bags upstairs. Parking outside to offload far from ideal . Suggested large free car park by Cathedral was nearly full when we used it and was a significant walk to the serviced rooms .

A very pleasant stay

Great location. Breakfast was provided offsite and this worked fine. The host was very friendly.

The size of the ensuite bathroom in room 1 was much too small. The second room (5) used by our group was fine.

Nice location to High street without as much traffic. Managers were very responsive and helpful but there is no 24hr front desk - but one can msg them if issue arises.

No guaranteed free parking. The church offers free parking but was always full. We opted to pay €10 ea day to pay in the public lot. Same issue for most of the hotels in that area.

Almost but not quite

The price was right, the location was excellent, the room was clean and almost everything worked

The front door had a huge gap around it that let in way too much light, The big blind in the bathroom wasn't cut straight so rolled up and down badly, The curtain rod in the main room fell down as it was an expanding rod placed up inside the blind brackets, There was no shelf or shower caddy in the shower, The bed wasn't comfortable for someone with a back injury

Excellent value for money for central accomodation.

Cheapest accommodation we found by at least £100 for 3 nights, rooms were clean, good showers that were hot and powerful, heating in there room, there was a working TV but we didn’t need it, room was safe and lockable too. Easy to access the property and also was in town and minutes walk from everything you’d need, the beds were really comfy too, check in/out was simple and easy and we felt very welcomed.

Nothing, some might say lack of breakfast features but there are so many lovely Cafes and restaurants around that it doesn’t need it.

Fabulous, great value accomodation Killarney centre

Central location. Very comfortable bed. Super clean. Plenty coffee, tea & milk provided with kettle. Chocolate bars & bottles of water a welcome extra touch. Great Chinese restaurant, pizza restaurant & breakfast/lunch restaurant a few minutes walk away. Thank you Matthew (reception) for helping us with bags. Fabulous value for money. We will be back.

Consider adding a bath mat, otherwise perfect. There isn't a lift so do state if you have difficulty with mobility when booking.

Great wee place to stay! Comfy bed!!

Location was perfect! Bathroom be great if there was a shower mat for the floor and the shower could be cleaned better as there is pink around the bottom of the shower and it doesn't drain away very well. Friendly reception staff and responded quickly to my emails.

The heater in the bathroom doesn’t work so was pretty cold in there.

The Kingdom Lodge is ideally located in Killarney, walking distance to all the amenities and yet quiet enough for a good night sleep. Also we had no difficulty finding parking on the street even though the weekend we started was a very weekend.

Had to ring owner to unblock the shower full of hair belong to previous guests,door was getting stuck had to shoulder it open and closed every time,bed uncomfortable, 4 flights of stairs to room no parking near it.side of wardrobe kept coming away room was tiny 2 people couldn’t pass each other at any side of bed in room and you couldn’t regulate shower from outside with way shower was put in had to stand in and get frozen or boiling water

Good location, close to bars, restaurants and coffee shops Room was a good size for 2 people. Spotlessly clean. Looked to be newly redecorated. Friendly receptionist. Comfortable bed. Overall great value for money.

The shower gel dispenser was empty but there were mini bottles of shampoo in the bathroom. The front door to the property needs repainting.
