Family wedding celebration

Our stay was amazing. The house was spotless. The size of it was more than adequate. The facilities and the contents were superb. The rooms were a generous size and extremely comfortable. We will be back again with the family. The location was ideal a stone through away from the town centre. We loved every part of our stay.

I cannot give you one fault about our stay. From start to finish we had the most amazing time. The staff in the hotel itself and the reservation team are a pleasure to deal and catered to all our needs.

Good price, great location

We stayed in house 8. Easily accomodated our group of 7. Bedrooms are spacious and the 2 upstairs bedrooms both had en suites. Great location for exploring Killarney National Park. Located next to the train station which is convenient but a little bit noisy. Nice garden area for sitting outside though backs up to the train line so not a great view.

We contacted the front desk staff twice with inadequate response. We called to inform we did not have any hot water. No one ever came but we were finally able to get it sorted on our own. Rain leaked through the roof into the living room. We informed staff and returned to find a bucket to catch the water. No other solution provided or offer to move to another home.

The best experience ever for my Mums Birthday celebration and 1st visit to Ireland - Killarney.

Everything and Everyone. Our whole experience was flawless. The experience from start to finish was excellent. All staff are a credit to the hotel and self catering accommodation as they all go above and beyond to help and make it and enjoyable stay for guests. We cannot wait to return.

amazing house we stayed in no.7 it was perfect, had 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms, had everything you need to cook and clean with huge outdoor garden with table perfect for the warm weather, perfect location just less than 10 minute walk to the town

right beside the train station so could hear them going at 6am, limited parking available we were given 1 designated car space and then just parked our other car on the double yellow lines outside the house

Super family holiday home, with excellent hotel facilities and perfect location.

The holiday home location is excellent, so easy to get to Killarney town by foot and to the local attractions by car. The hotel facilities were fabulous, we enjoy both a casual family meal and an adults only dinner. The pool facilities were excellent and both adults and kids enjoyed their swim.

The only issue we had was the water tank/boiler/immersion in the main bedroom upstairs was extremely noisy when ever anyone turned on a tap or flushed a toilet.

Fantastic stay in Killarney

The apartment was very spacious. Bedrooms were huge and beds very comfortable. The staff of the Great Southern were all extremely friendly and helpful, warm and welcoming and the hotel and apartment could not be more central to Killarney.

There was no hob in the kitchen which made cooking for children difficult. This was part of the reason we booked self catering.

Is the best holiday home I've stayed at by far. And would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The house was really beautiful and the Christmas decorations were really lovely too. The staff was great and always friendly and did everything to make our stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again
