Location great! More specific instructions to find reception desk at hotel would be helpful. The apartment was great for a large group or family.

We stayed in house 8. Easily accomodated our group of 7. Bedrooms are spacious and the 2 upstairs bedrooms both had en suites. Great location for exploring Killarney National Park. Located next to the train station which is convenient but a little bit noisy. Nice garden area for sitting outside though backs up to the train line so not a great view.
We contacted the front desk staff twice with inadequate response. We called to inform we did not have any hot water. No one ever came but we were finally able to get it sorted on our own. Rain leaked through the roof into the living room. We informed staff and returned to find a bucket to catch the water. No other solution provided or offer to move to another home.
