The location was wonderful. We were able to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. The hot water was not working right. We couldn’t get hot water to one of the bathrooms and there were no dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen. Parking is very tight. The hosts were responsive and professional.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It's in the perfect location for the Ring of Kerry and an easy walk into Killarney. We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back someday!

We were so happy with the location of The Mews at Ardree house. Easy to walk into the centre of town which was such fun to visit. Had all we needed (bring own tea , coffee, sugar, milk. Comfy beds and Mary in the main house was so helpful and friendly.

the apartment was clean and tidy, basic and a bit older. everything worked fine. we loved the quiet space behind the bed and breakfast- it was only a few metres into the centre with lots of shopping and pubs. Live music every night. we really enjoyed our time and would come back.

This unit is extremely well located to all major sites in the Killarney area. The downtown area is easily walkable but we also had a car and parking at the unit is free. It gave us the ability to go to the Muckross House, Ring of Kerry and Ring of Dingle all of which I highly recommend. Everything was clean, in order, well stocked kitchen and the appliances worked well. There is NO dryer which is a significant drawback if you need to wash clothes given the rain in Ireland!!

The property is the bare basics the photos do do accurately visualize how small the property is. While the location is close to downtown the parking it difficult. It is physically licated behind a B&B and access to the lane to go behind the B&B is impacted by the parking of the B&B guests. In addition 2 of the 4 days we were without hot water which is really unacceptable. The price was good but not sure that made up for cold showers. I think this property is best suited for max of 2. The second bath is so small, it's almost impractical.

This was our first time to visit Killarney, but hopefully not our last. The Mews at Ardree House was clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very accommodating, both before and after check-in. Killarney is a beautiful vacation location, but I'm glad we got there early in the season. If you're driving, expect traffic during the summer months. We used the Hop-On/Hop-Off bus extensively, and the Jaunting Cars were a lovely experience. We will happily return and would not hesitate to stay at Ardree House again.

Great location. Unfortunately the weekend that we stayed there was a bit of a downer because of some race around the lake event happening. It was super busy and ridiculously loud, many young men driving around with loud exhausts and engine revving, till late at night (yearly event that locals said is the worst weekend to visit). Luckily the Mew is off the road and the noise was not too bad. We had a pleasant stay, only minutes away from downtown.

Unit was exactly as described and just a perfect location only a very short walk to the city centre, all of the shops and pubs! If I had to say anything negative it would be that the showers were pretty small. But they worked fine with plenty of water pressure and hot water so it was just fine. Place was very clean and cute. The off road parking in front of the bungalow was fantastic. Would recommend a thousand times over! 😊

The unit was close to downtown and easily walkable but because it's at the back of the property it was also very quiet. The unit was reasonably equipped. The only negative is that the wifi did not work at all and no one answered when the bell was rung. We had data plans so were not overly concerned.

This property is the perfect location from which to explore Killarney and the surrounding area. You can park your car on arrival and explore without the headache of finding parking in town. The bungalow was perfect for our needs (3 adults) Note: showers are functional but about the size of a phone box.

This 2-bed, 2 bath building was perfect for the 3 of us. It was set back from the road so it was quiet and peaceful. The outside garden area and clothes line were used to enjoy the wonderful, sunny weather and hang out our wash. Located about 1/2 mile/ 0.8 km from the city center, we parked the car and walked everywhere. The area was stunning, the people friendly, and safety was no concern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The muse is a lovely private cottage set apart from the main house giving you all the privacy you want. Two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, and great room give you all the space you might want with all of the necessities included. Walk to downtown Killarney or drive out the driveway turn left and you’re on the ring of Kerry. Killarney itself is a lovely town with many great sites, restaurants, shops, and things to do. Killarney national park is a must see with spectacular views, beautiful lakes, and the beloved red Irish deer that almost faced extinction. And don’t miss the Jaunting cars, a horse and buggy ride through the national park.

Best thing about this property is proximity to town. An easy walk to stores, restaurants, or carriage ride through the park. Kitchen was one of the better up-fitted that I've stayed in. Freezer did need to be deiced! Comfortable bed although wish had a king size. Perhaps a handicap bar in bathroom?? Would return with a king bed but certainly recommend to all! Quiet at night, secluded, so can get a good night's rest.

3rd floor apartment with a lift. Has all the amenities needed. Excellent location. Easy to communicate. Great apartment for 2. The bed was very comfortable but the pull-out couch was not. There was a bit of a musty smell that permeated throughout the building but did not really bother us. Would recommend.

This was the perfect flat for my husband, son and me to stay in during our time in Killarney. It was cozy and the beds were comfortable. It was within easy walking distance to the heart of Killarney and was very quiet at night. Check-in and check-out was easy. I would recommend this back apartment at Killarney's Ardree Bed and Breakfast.
