Charming Apartment BARBICAN/HOE PARKING,Courtyard!

Lovely apartment in a great location. The feel and layout of the property were nice. It was pretty well stocked with most things we needed. Beds in the bedrooms were comfy.

Cigarette butts all over the courtyard and needed a good deep clean. Coffee and tea had gone hard in the canisters and no tea towels. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Lovely location in Plymouth within walking distance of the harbour, city centre and university (daughter wants to attend). Beds were lovely and comfortable, parking a bonus as was out front and secure.

GOt a bit lost initially in the building as wasn't sure where our flat was but easy to find once we realised we were downstairs.

Brilliant location and very convenient to have a free parking space. Great place to stay for easy access to either the Barbican or the Hoe. Lovely spacious and well looked after apartment.

Beds not the comfiest, but were OK for couple of nights. Mattress in 2nd room definitely needs replacing

The property internally was really good and clean and the only issue noted internally is that bathroom sink is very slow to drain.

Although the property was good internally. There is a security issue as the basement garden area outside the main bedroom French doors and second bedroom window is not secure and we were woken up by shouting and found someone in the garden immediately outside the bedroom open French doors who had gained access via the ground floor courtyard area. They did not leave and continued to shout and subsequently went to sleep on the garden furniture. For this reason I would suggest if you stay here that you do not leave the French doors or any windows open! I have made the owners aware.
