Fantastic
The twin bedroom is actually on the Ground floor so you can hear cars and people walking by. Closed the shutters to feel safer but that was the only thing that required clarification on during booking.

Lovely balcony,
Amazing funny art.
Close tram stop, local boulangerie & close Carrefour.
Closeness to beach.
Key box was good .but sending us round the front rather than using the adjacent door was very cumbersome. & difficult. Better to tell guests to use the door next to the lock box ( especially if they arrive on the tram.)
Coffee machine didn’t work
Washing machine didn’t work
Sink drained very very slowly.

Excellent location, great apartment for a family of four, and easy access and walking distance to everything! Highly recommend for those who want an affordable stay near the beach of Nice, France.
The apartment is lovely all around and met all of our needs. However, although it says two bathrooms, it has two bathrooms, which have showers and sinks in each of them, but only one toilet, which is in a separate bathroom. We were hoping for two full bathrooms, but for our six night stay with two teenage girls all was just fine.
