Reasonable for the price

Close to gondola, clean and usefull apartment

Parking was free last year but this year, they want to charge 15 eur/day. Last year we could use shuttle but this year not. We didn’t have any problem with apartment however but some facilities were changed.

The apartment is nice and the hot water in the shower was excellent

Hard to communicate with the owner through WhatsApp. Had couple of maintenance issues. They were fixed. No tissues.

Wonderful!

It’s beautiful! All the needed equipment are in. It’s very well located, we could walk to the center of Bansko. There is a beautiful SPA. We really liked it. The owner answer fast when we have questions and tacking care of our need.

Nice apartment in a beautiful resort

The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable, the resort was beautiful, and the spa facilities were excellent.

1. The wifi in the room was weak. Also, the tv connection was unstable. 2. There was low humming in the room, especially noticed in the bedroom at night, probably from electricity cabinet pretty close to the window. 3. We were 5, and it was too small for us. We would recommend the apartment for a family of up to 4 (or with little kids).

This flat is amaizng, equipped with eveything needed and with an amazing design. We felt extremely cozy and comfy! It is also super near the Spa zone

I dream of returning to this apartment as soon as possible

Magnificent apartments, comfortable, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of both adults and children! The kitchen has everything you would like at home, a dishwasher! Magnificent spacious shower room, new with a washing machine! Modern salon with a comfortable fold-out corner sofa, huge glass table! Very convenient and the closest entrance to the hotel! Beautiful view from the window! Huge balcony!

The apartment was very nice.. Clean and had all you need for a good vecation.. We felt lije home in this apartment.. And the spa was nice after a long day of skiing.. Defenetly will come back again.. We were 3 friends.. And very enjoyed

Great location with best SPA centre in Bansko. Really enjoy our stay with kids.

The apartment is real as in the photos. The kitchen is fulfilled - a coffee machine with tasty coffee. We prepare meals with no problems, everything was there. Excellent!

Апартаменты прекрасные, семье с детьми 4 и 7 лет было комфортно

Квартира уютная, в ней есть всё необходимое. Полно детских игр, все удобно, тихо, качели во дворе. Есть бесплатный доступ к спа, детской игровой комнате.

При заезде ключи были на ресепшене отеля St.Ivan. И нам было сказано, что нам выдадут ключи от номера только если мы оплатим парковку 15 евро в день. Мы оставались на 7 дней, сумма вышла 105€. Мы не согласились, поскольку машину ставили б не только рядом с отелем, но и на других парковках. Прям около ресепшена я позвонила в букинг, они воевали с отелем и с хозяйкой апартаментов, как могли. Вместе со мной. В итоге нам выдали ключи без оплаты парковки. Непонятный момент. Причем за день до въезда в апартаменты пришло сообщение, что оплачивать парковку отеля не обязательно, если будем ставить машину на общественной территории. Еще один минус, что квартира отапливается от кондиционера и обогревателя. Это сильно сушит воздух. Полотенцесушитель не работал.

Все в апартаментах подобрали идеально. Есть много кухонных принадлежностей, были специи, чай. Советуем обязательно посетить спа. От апартаментов до спа двадцать метров. На нашу просьбу продлить (поздний выезд) хозяйка откликнулась положительно (конечно за доплату), за что ей отдельное спасибо. Парковка подземная под комплексом. Территория комплекса чистая.
