OK but could have been better and managers more responsive
Property was warm, had a nice view and a good washing machine, which was great for dealing with wet ski gear
Poorly maintained, with several issues that could be easily and cheaply fixed - broken mirror, radiator detached from its bracket, shower hose broken (leading to poor shower pressure), bedroom door handle not attached, etc. Response was slow and lackadaisical. Property address given to me did not match actual location causing arrival confusion. It was lucky that I had hired a car, as the right and wrong locations were far apart

Amazing panoramic view on 3 sides, big warm rooms, free parking, has everything you could need!
The best panoramic view in Bansko. The rooms were big and very warm/cozy, each one had a double bed. Good appliances (washer/tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, big TV, oven/stove combo, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, wifi), and toiletries/accessories (shower gel, toilet paper, bed linen, towels). 3min drive/15min walk from the Gondola car park where everything is (clubs, bars, shops, cafés). Alex the owner was always available for questions, texted the lock box code in advance and ensured everything was ok during the stay. Free parking.
The bathroom is a wetroom, so the shower drains into the middle of the room and there's no curtain or cubicle. This means that the toilet and sink get splashed with a lot of water, and you need flip flops or a towel on the floor to use it afterwards. It's not too much of a letdown and there is a mop provided, but it would be nice if it was fixed regardless.
