Ruined holiday

The location is very good.

We reserved our 7 days stay at this property two months ago. It didn’t have any reviews on booking app, but it says that there are 9,1 super on other websites and we wanted to make reservation. As we have arrived, it was self check in and nobody welcomed us but that is fine, there was one phone nummber to contact if there was something we needed (Luke). Our reservation was for 7 people, on the booking it says that is property for up to 8 people. As we came there was so many things wrong with this apartment. First, there was no beds for 7 people. On the photos and descriptions it says 4 beds and one sofa for two people and two single ones. The one for two people was completely broken and impossible to sleep in, and the other ones were 120cm lenght and it is possible only for children to sleep on it, and that is not in description on the app, and nobody told us that, we had reservation for 7 adults. We contacted the nummber booking left us immediately as we arrived and the man (Luke) said that he is not the host and to contact the host.We contacted the host through booking app message and they didn’t want to help us, replied one message after 12 hours, they said that we probably broke it and that someone will repair it, but nobady ever came. Two of our people had to find other apartment as we arrived. Also, one of the showers is broken, there is no tv like on the photos, and the dishwasher is broken. But that is less important, we wanted just beds to sleep on for 1200 € we paid. This is so embarrassing and rude and our holiday was ruined. Stay away from this apartment. It's only good for family of 4.
