Property Proved to be Clean and Tastefully Refurbished. Very Central to Several Dale's Walks.
No Breakfast Available as per Rental Type, but the Location was Good for our Personal Needs.
As stated in Comments made by previous Guests. The Sofa is too Small and Uncomfortable, for Diverse Body Sizes. The TV could be also positioned Lower.

Modern clean fixtures and fittings.
The sofa is quite uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. After a long day of walking, something a little more relaxing is needed. A coffee machine is advertised in the listing, however this is not accurate.

Ideal base for a walking weekend
Clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and nice shower Great location for the village and plenty of walks. Off street parking was easy Highly recommend Ollys Pizzeria

Great location, well equipped and very well presented, but way too noisy to say it was enjoyable … perfect for deaf peop
Great location for local services and exploring Nidderdale. Apartment was pristine, well equipped and finished to a very high standard.
Two things: 1) The noise from the extraction plant from the pizzeria behind and the petrol station / supermarket opposite was horrendous, especially when the pizza kitchen fired up. Even with windows and doors closed and earplugs in it was intrusive. 2) The sofa was more like an austere church pew than a comfy seat - not at all relaxing or comfortable.

It was a lovely stay over alland we very much like the area
The flat was done out to a very high standard, and the location was ideal for us, we managed to find off street parking close to the accomodation. There are good local shops and eateries all within easy walking, and the park is close by to sit in.
it wasnt very clear when booking that we would be charged an extra £10 handling fee when having to leave a £250.00 deposit for damages and that it would take a fortnight for our deposit to be returned it did take the shine off the 2 day short break we had. There wasnt a coffee machine in the property which wasnt a problem but it said there was and the garden veiw is a view of the public park also not a problem, it says carpeted but where the setee is is laminate flooring and was a bit cold for our feet on an evening, the details just need to be clearer
