One of our favourite places to stay when visiting family, clean , warm , comfortable room in the middle of Macclesfield.

Very clean, enjoyed having a small common area outside our room for heating hot water and laundry. The host was available and helpful. The room was cozy but was a good value when compared to the local hotel. Very convenient location, easily walkable to restaurants and the Silk Museum.

We would of enjoyed the stay if was of a higher standard of cleanliness, the location was perfect

We were very disappointed with our stay at this self-catering apartment. While the location was convenient and check-in was simple, the condition and cleanliness of the apartment were unacceptable. We found underwear stuffed in the couch and a toenail clipping on one of the chairs — both incredibly unhygienic. The fridge was dirty, and overall, the apartment had not been cleaned to a reasonable standard. To make matters worse, one of the dining chairs had a loose bolt that came off while someone was sitting on it, which felt unsafe. There were also no pans or basic cooking equipment provided, making it impossible to prepare even a simple meal. As a result, we decided to leave early, as we couldn’t cook dinner or breakfast — which was the main reason we booked a self-catering place. This property has potential but desperately needs a deep clean, proper maintenance, and essential kitchenware before it can be recommended to future guests.
