Smells great, clean and perfect what we needed. Had everything we needed, helpful booklet too which was read on arrival. We got married over the weekend and it was perfect for us both.
I will say I was glad we were out by 10am as we had packed the car and gone for breakfast at Wetherspoons, by the time we walked back to the car at exactly 10 the caretaker was already in so glad we weren’t running a few minutes late !

Excellent stay, house was clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, location to town was very convenient and communication from owner was very quick. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
No bedside lamps but that was only a minor gripe.

Location Quiet Good amenities
Damp smell Leaking radiator Crumbs in sofa bed and bedding for sofa bed smelt like it hadn’t been washed for a while.
