Clean room. Hosts pleasant , good location, good value for money.
There is no parking but that is outside their control. It wasn’t inconvenient, you can park nearby.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. It was exactly what we needed for our stay in Canterbury. The owner was communicatve and friendly.
It is unfortunate that there is no parking available nearby. However we did find a short stay on street parking spot two minutes' walk away.
