Wir werden nicht mehr bei Four Star Aparments buchen.
Leider war das Apartment nicht sauber gereinigt und einige Sachen defekt (vermschutzte Toilette, abgebrochener Halter für die Duschbrause, Rolladen bei Eingangstüre) Da der Rollladen fehlte, schien die ganze Nacht eine Strassenlaterne in ein Schlafzimmer, so dass es sehr hell war. Wir hatten alle Mängel am 1. Tag gemeldet und uns wurde gesagt, dass jemand käme, um sich alles anzusehen und den Rolladen zu flicken. Wir erhielten dann jedoch nur die Meldung, dass wir Duschhauben und Schlafmasken zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Das haben wir aber abgelehnt. Wir haben dann bei den Bewertung gesehen, dass der defekt Rollladen bereits im Oktober 24 gemeldet wurde und sich bis dahin nichts getan hatte. Das Tiefkühlfach vom Kühlschrank war total vereist und dadurch liess sich die Türe nicht mehr richtig schliessen und es lief Wasser in den Kühlschrank. Wir haben zum Abschluss alle Mängel per Mail an den Vermieter geschickt, bis heute jedoch keine Antwort erhalten. Eigentlich wäre es ein super schönes Apartment, wenn es nicht so vernachlässigt wäre.
