La Suite Matisse - 700m centre-ville

The location was very convenient especially for a conference that i was attending at the congress centre. Communication with host was very good and got the keys easily. There is a small supermarket nearby as well open also on Sundays which makes it very easy to get food etc. A good choice if you solo travel or even with a partner.

I was not a big fan of the cleanliness. There were some items from the previous clients that were forgotten and not picked up and also the bathroom looked like it was cleaned only quickly and not very carefully as you would expect. Same with the kitchen some forks were not washed so properly. Also there is a washing machine but not some detergent to use. Also if you visit during warmer days there is no fan and the balcony door is facing the very main street. So it might be a bit hot especially the way the bed is placed, and noisy.

I really liked how close it was to everything; trams, restaurants, cafés, and Carrefour was just a minute away. It was a very convenient and walkable base for exploring the city. The bed was so comfortable, the place was clean, and the room was really bright with large windows. It felt like a home away from home.

It could be a bit noisy from the street outside but if you close the windows it's ok.

La douche très petite

El apartamento está muy bien, es como se muestra en las fotos. El salón es muy amplio, con espacio para estar relajado y también con zona para comer con una buena mesa de comedor. La decoración es bonita sin estar sobrecargada. Hay todo lo necesario para tener una cómoda estancia: cocina bien equipada, lavadora, secador, etc. A pesar de las frías temperaturas durante nuestra estancia en Angers, el apartamento estaba calentito. No hay ruidos, muy tranquilo. Muy recomendable.

Incluyen solo 1 toalla por persona, haría falta al menos una toalla de mano adicional en el baño. Las sillas de comedor tienen unos cojines finitos encima del asiento que se están descosiendo, están muy usados y sería recomendable cambiarlos, pero no es nada grave. Por último, el check in es bastante pronto, a las 10 a.m. No se puede entrar antes de las 16h pero hay que irse antes de las 10h que nos pareció excesivo y poco habitual.
