Casa Fluo

Excellent location near main square, public transport, bars, restaurants, shops. Main rooms bright with widebopening doors.. Comfortable sofa. Good shower. Very useful washing machine. Equipment adequate but not generous. Decor bright and attractive. Clean though balcony could do with some attention. Some cleaning materials so we could freshen bathroom and WC. Maybe a new kitchen sponge for new visitors would be nice.

A hand towel and bigger mirror in natural light would have been nice. And a clothes drying rack. A few items of kitchen equipment seem to have disappeared and not been replaced. The bed linen was black and synthetic with small flat pillows more like cushions. The mattress very spongy and soft. This did not make for a good sleeping environment. Some hanging space but no drawers (except in a fragile bedside unit which might have fallen apart at any moment). Lastly the entry instructions were not clear at all. We got in the main door but could not make the lift work and it took 10 minutes to locate the stairs through a locked and unmarked door. The videos which went with the written instructions were shaky and not well made and when I listened they were either mumbled or failed to give all the necessary details. (That they were in french would have been OK if the speech was clear). At 8pm after a long, hot day we were in a bit of a panic which was upsetting. And not a good start to our stay. The hosts responded and seemed to take on board the issues we raised.

La boîte à clé au ras du sol a l extérieur sous la pluie et sd on n a pas une bonne vue difficile de voir lex chiffres accroupie quand on est un peu âgée. C est le seul reproche. Merci pour m avoir aidee à résoudre ce pb. Pas grâce à Chrystelle très péremptoire! Sinon c est un excellent spot

Le manque d'équipements (manque de torchons, savons pour la salle de bains, sous de plat, casseroles et passoires adéquates, manque de chaise) Pas de petit geste d'accueil (quelques sachets de thé... par exemple) Canapé peu confortable et qui gratte la peau ?
