Appart modeste, aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi. Prévoir l'essentiel (capsules tassimo). Literie inconfortable.

Es riecht nach Rauch, die Luft nicht sehr angenehm. Zum Teil schon etwas abgewohnt Bad/ Dusche

L’appartement est très bruyant. Les joints de la salle de bain sont à refaire (moisissures). La table à manger est bancales.
