T2 Spacieux & Lumineux Hyper Centre

The location was excellent. Directly in the center and only 300 meter from the 24 hours parking (du Ralliement). The apartment itself was large with a separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It was modern and well furnished. All kind of facilities like washing machine, dryer, and Dyson airco were available. Enough to stay for a few weeks.

The door had an electronic lock. You could only open it with a Nuki app. How it worked was explained by the host only in French. There was only a small window in the living room

J'ai eu du mal pour recupérer les clés, un problème avec l'application d'ouverture de porte et donc la clé electronique, donc pas pu ouvrir le logement , mais les propriétaires ont trouvé rapidement une solution alternative.

Très bon emplacement ds le centre ville pour visiter Angers Appartement spacieux et refait à neuf

Literie un peu dure Ménage (lave vaisselle sale) Manque de casserole ou poêle Un peu de bruit les soirs de spectacle

The sink in the kitchen was clocked (we did get informed about this the day of our arrival), there was a bad sewer smell in the bathroom and the apartment was not entirely clean. Some basic amenities lacked: tablets for the dishwasher, spare toilet paper. Uncomfortable sofa bed. It could get very warm in the apartment and especially in the bedroom because there is no window, luckily there were two fans. For sensitive people: the flat is right above a comedy club, which can be quite noisy in the evening.
