Butas yra senamiestyje, labai ramioje vietoje. Butas įrengtas gerai.
Bendravimas su savininku nebuvo malonus. 1-3 paroms butas būtų labai geras, bet nuomoti 8 paroms šeimininkai nėra pasiruošę. Dėl kai kurių dalykų (pvz. tualetinio popieriaus, dušo želė, virtuvėje popierinių rankšluosčių ir šiukšlių maišelių), kurie buvo nurodyti (ne 1 ar 2 dienoms) užsakyme, šeimininkas pasiūlė eiti į parduotuvę ir įsigyti. Atvykus teko laukti prie užrakintų vartų gatvėje, stipriai lyjant su daiktais vos ne pusvalandį, nors apie atvykimo laiką buvo pranešta iš anksto.
