Comfortable duplex - In the Heart of Angers for 8

L'accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire La proximité de tous les lieux à visiter. S'ils sont plus éloignés une station de tram et de bus à 200m de l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien équipé tout y est pensé pour un séjour exceptionnel. Très bonne literie même dans le canapé.

Aucun point négatif

Die Schlüssel und Wohnungsübergabe hatten wir mit persönlich mit Christine, was sehr angenehm war. Christine ist wirklich sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation lief super. Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet.Selbst bei dem heißen Wetter, ließ die Unterkunft sich abends durchs Lüften super kühlen. Zusätzlich standen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Zudem war die Lage perfekt, um Angers zu Fuß zu erkunden oder auch ohne Auto anzureisen.

Lediglich die Dusche auf der oberen Etage war etwas klein/eng. Wer allerdings damit Probleme hat, kann die Dusche auf der unteren Etage nutzen.

Très bonne localisation, non loin du centre ville à pied, proche de l'office du tourisme, du château, et de beaucoup de musées accessible en 10 ou 15mn à pied. Idéal si on ne veut pas sortir la voiture pour les visites ! Terrabotanica n'est qu'à 30mn en tram, l'arrêt pour le prendre étant dans la rue à 3mn à pied. L'appartement est bien agencé et agréable.

Le parking dont l'entrée entre les portes cochères est très très étroite mais ce n'était pas indiqué au moment de réserver seulement au moment de recevoir les informations pour le check-in. Du coup, rayures sur le voiture en entrant...(je suppose que quand on a l'habitude c'est plus facile mais là entrer depuis la rue à sens unique sans toucher était difficile...) Donc si vous n'avez pas une citadine attention en entrant pour vous garer. Et si vous avez une voiture un peu large oubliez, vous ne passerez pas.

We had a very pleasant stay and would happily return in the future. We stayed for a week, and the accommodation matched the description on booking.com accurately, so there were no surprises on arrival. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The location was good and suited our needs well, making for an enjoyable and comfortable visit overall. There were only a few minor issues. Some of the appliances, such as the fridge and dishwasher, were quite old. However, they were functional and did not cause any problems during our stay. Overall, a positive experience and somewhere we would not hesitate to book again.
