L'emplacement de l'appartement, proche des sites intéressants, le quartier calme, l'appartement en lui même, joli et suffisamment équipé.
Un des ventilateurs (merci pour cet équipement soit dit en passant, 2 ventilateurs👍 ), dont le pied était cassé et donc difficilement utilisable, le canapé, qui mériterait un bon nettoyage, le robinet de la douche, difficile à utiliser.

Appartement très propre, très bien situé. Bouchons d’oreilles à dispo, merci ;-)
Pas d’explicatif pour la TV (allumage et mise sur hdmi). Alors pour moi pas de soucis mais pour une personne ne sachant pas faire ça peut paraître complexe.
