About this house rental
Are you planning a peaceful stay in the very heart of Angers, surrounded by cultural landmarks and shops?
I’m offering my triplex home for your stay. A truly cozy and stylish little 35m² nest, fully equipped with all modern comforts and recently renovated, located in a private courtyard with direct access from Place du Ralliement, the city’s most famous square!
I’d be happy to recommend Angers’ must-see spots!
The apartment
- The kitchen (first floor):
A charming brick wall with industrial-style furniture—very contemporary. Equipped with a grill/microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, 2-burner induction cooktop, raclette machine, Senseo coffee maker, and toaster. A large countertop that doubles as a dining table with 3 stools.
- The bathroom (first floor) features a modern thermostatic shower with KeepCool technology, a sink, and a toilet.
- The living room (first floor) is furnished with a single-person sofa bed, 1 velvet armchair, a sideboard, a coffee table, and a 127 cm Ultra HD 4K large-screen LED TV with an SFR box (205 cable channels, free Wi-Fi, and direct access to Netflix with your login credentials).
The bedroom features a 140-bed (with FLEX memory foam technology) and a spacious walk-in closet on the 2nd floor.
- The outdoor shed, perfect for storing your bikes (it locks and is right next to the house).
Bonus features:
The town’s main square, offering the tranquility of a private courtyard while being right in the heart of town
The house is right next to the Grand Théâtre, Galeries Lafayette, and Les Petits Prés (a restaurant by Samuel Albert, winner of Top Chef on M6 in May 2019).
Just a stone’s throw from Monoprix, FNAC, brasseries, bars, major retailers, underground parking, and more…
Private, secure bike storage for cyclists
Sheets and towels are provided, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper.
The accommodations are a 5-minute walk from the train station. A tram stop is right in front of the entrance, and a bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away.
There is a 24-hour paid underground parking garage on Place du Ralliement (first hour free)The second entrance to the house is on Rue Louis de Romain, and there are quite a few paid parking spaces there (during the day, Monday through Saturday).

Très agréable séjour dans un lieu atypique et convivial, à 2mn de tous les commerces, restaurants... Idéal pour un court séjour touristique. Jérémie est un hôte adorable et très accueillant. Merci pour tout!

Bien équipé et décoré, sur trois étages, on est à l'abri de la ville, et en même temps en son coeur !
