It is not easy to find a two-bedroom apartment in Brno, so that was the real plus.
The apartment is in a semi-basement, which I usually avoid. And there were voices outside both late at night and very early in the morning.

Snadná a rychlá komunikace s majitelem. Apartmán je pěkně zrenovován, funkčně zařízen. Krásný sprchový kout. Indukční varná deska v kuchyni a dostatečné vybavení pro krátkodobý pobyt. Vlastní vstup do bytové jednotky. Dostupnost služeb v okolí.
Trošku rušivá byla ventilace (i když se dala vypnout). Regulace teploty nebyla ideální, byt byl chladnější. Suterén s okny do ulice znamená, že žaluzie jsou nutností.

Owner is very responsive and takes care of issues promptly. Very clean with all necessary equipment.
No air conditioning and because it’s practically a basement you feel a bit out of fresh air. Garbage containers right in front of the apartment and early in the mornings there is noise as workers are taking care of the garbage.

The apartment is very clean, quiet and cosy, location was great (near tramway station, near several grocery stores) and the host was extremely friendly and willing to help regarding the parking place (which he managed perfectly!)
