The best experience!

Beautiful building with character, newly refurbished rooms with a complete self-service facilities including a cordless vacuum cleaner! However, what made the experience was the service from Xavier, we were in a urgent situation needing to drop our luggage at the next hotel before getting the train during torrential rain and no taxis available - Xavier without prompting, dropped us off at the hotel then even at the station…super service!!

Great location, very clean and the studio is full equipped with everything that we need for our stay. Xavier and Patricia were very friendly and helpful.

Very good choice

The hosts were very nice and easy to reach. They are very polite and friendly people. The studio is charming, it has a nice balcony and the view has some nice trees which host some happy singing birds. The neighbourhood is also beautiful and we think it is the best choice for Verviers. There is a bakery nearby open early in the morning, some restaurants here and there and a big supermarket. We had a good time in this studio and we plan to come back.

If you are a very sensible with noises, you might be bothered by the cars passing by at night from time to time but although I am like this I got used to it very quickly so I didn't consider it a big issue

Perfect overnight stay!

Perfect for a short stay - it's very spacious andhas a wonderfully comfortable bed, it's close to the motorway, it's very easy to access, parking is no problem, it's close to the centre if you want to go out for dinner but also has everything necessary for self-catering. very much recommended!

Perfect stay in a very cozy studio

I liked everything and I left very happy about my stay. The location is excellent for Verviers and of course you can find everything around as well the train station is in a close distance. The bed was comfortable, the room very warm, a nice balcony, the kitchen was ok so that you can cook, it has a table for work, free parking outside, quite and nice area. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if I travel to Verviers again.

Un studio très confortable et spacieux, situé dans un quartier calme. Xavier et Pélo nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour chez eux.

Appartement fonctionnel et très confortable. Nous y avons passé une belle nuit. Accueil de Xavier topissime, il nous a même déposé en voiture pour notre concert au Spirit of 66. Terrible ! Nous reviendrons ! Marco et Kathy

Hele fijne studio en een vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar

De eigenaar is een zeer aardige en behulpzame man. Toen hij zag dat ik op de motor was bood hij mij meteen gratis een plek in zijn garage aan naast de woning. De studio is goed ingericht, de badkamer is heel comfortabel en dankzij het balkonnetje kun je buiten zitten zonder de woning te verlaten.

Geen kraan en goot in de keuken.

Prima voor één nacht op doorreis.

Rustige buurt, mooi pand.

Er was (tijdelijk?) geen gootsteen in de keuken, waardoor we kopjes en borden in de badkamer moesten afwassen. Was fijn geweest als we dit van tevoren hadden geweten. Het rook niet fris in de keuken. Het bed vonden we smal en te zacht, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Je recommande !

L'emplacement et parfait avec plusieurs commerces et restaurants à proximité. Parking devant la maison. L'appartement est spacieux et propre avec une petite kitchenette. La literie est très correcte et il y a peu de bruit dans la rue. Je recommande.

L'état de la douche pourrait être amélioré car il y a quelques buses d'eau pulsée qui sont manquante mais cela n'est absolument pas gênant pour moi. Rien d'autre, tout était parfait.
