I loved how the staff there went above and beyond for you. They were kind and friendly and were always in hand for any help I needed. I have never travelled alone before and was nervous but I felt at ease as soon as I walked through the door.

Location
We booked a deluxe bedroom. Didn’t live up to that. Lighting was not working correctly, not cleaned daily & no clean towels provided. Moved to basic double, was better
