This was our second stay at Spring Gardens and it won't be our last. The rooms are huge and so beautiful, the kitchen amdndining room access is great with lots of thoughtful extras to make you feel at home, excellent location, perfect hosts, couldn't recommend enough
Parking can be a little tricky, it's not the fault of the hosts it's just luck as to whether you can park directly outside or if you park in the main car park a few minutes walk away

Great communication with the host. Easy parking available overnight nearby. We choose this place so we could visit a different beach every day and it was the perfect location for it!

Its a great looking place, they have done a very nice job about the interior and it has almost everything you need, great bedrooms, nice, fully equipped kitchen and the house has all you may possibly need - towels, shower gel, shampoo, kitchen condiments and even food, all very nicely arranged, very good value for the money
We could have used a TV in the bedroom (only a problem if you are bored), rather than only having one downstairs in the living room, also the door locks are quite weird and ours happened to be broken i suppose not every single one is like that. it did its job, but you had to play around with it to close it properly or try and locking it

Lovely house with excellent shared facilities. Comfortable room with storage and seating. Good range of cereals and drinks provided. The tea and muesli were especially tasty. Very handy for Lidl supermarket and town. Also good location for visiting Pembrokeshires main attractions.
The porch area was somewhat overgrown.
Lots of stairs definitely need lights on to negotiate safely so a brighter night light might help.

The house is beautiful! We had a lovely room at the back on the first floor. The well-equipped and provisioned kitchen, sitting room and garden were a bonus. The owner, Lucy, was friendly and helpful and access via the key box was easy. The location was perfect for walking to the town attractions, shops and pubs. The shared bathroom might not suit everyone but it was only with one other room and didn't inconvenience us at all. Highly recommended for a visit to Haverfordwest and surrounding area.

Airy, spacious, relaxed. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely decor, felt like a home from home. Lucy was great with comms, and went the extra mile to accomodate a late request. We really enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to a return visit at some point.
If you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask and ear plugs - some traffic noise from the street.

Friendly guests and freedom of kitchen facilities.
The bathroom facilities were basic. Struggled to get hot water from the shower. Ensuite would make it more luxurious, and a kettle in the bedroom.

Loved the location convenient for a meal in an old hotel across the street after a long long stressful day of travelling on UK roads in peak season ....loved the old house and decor loved the books to browse and loved the balcony ...and easy walk to the castle and river ...great place to absorb the history of Haverfordwest and easy to bounce off to coastal beauty and historic st David's .
Parking can be a challenge but we were lucky to secure a spot right outside on the road .

Lovely healthy breakfast offered
I like the window open at night. Rain and wind caused me to close it due to noises.

What a privilege to stay in such a beautiful house. Good sized rooms with high ceilings and an enormous bathroom, and with access to a kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV, as well as a garden. Friendly host. Very convenient for restaurants, and only a few minutes' stroll to Lidl for supplies. Would be delighted to stay here again if we were back in Haverfordwest.
The half-flight of wooden stairs might be of concern to more elderly guests, especially those between the first floor bedrooms and the bathroom.

House was lovely. Nice to have access to a kitchen. Haverfordwest is not the most touristy location but you can get to anywhere in Pembrokeshire in about 35 mins.

The house had been lovingly restored to perfection. Everything very tasteful, felt like home from home, down to pebbles on bathroom light cords - just like we have! All very comfortable and spotlessly clean.
Just a small gripe - a little chilly, radiators in bathroom and bedrooms didn’t want to warm up in the morning when you’re showering and getting dressed. In the evening, no heat in the dining area when we were having a bit of supper.
