Old City Ganja

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, modern room, air conditioning worked well, great central location, good price

There was only half a toilet roll in the room so I had to ask for more, there were ants in the bathroom (they didn't really bother me much but it's not ideal), there is a lobby area where people were sitting until midnight talking loudly on my first night there

The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Elmlar Akademiyasi, with shops, mall, and many attractions within easy reach. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room free of charge. Since my meeting ran longer than expected, the staff also kindly stored my luggage after check-out, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast was fresh, clean, and offered a good variety of options. The only minor drawbacks were that the room felt a little dark and the internet connection was quite weak, so I wasn't able to watch a movie in the evening. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would like to thank the team for their hospitality and excellent service.

Just one small suggestion: removing the bright illuminated sign at the hotel entrance could make the property feel more welcoming and give a greater sense of safety and comfort, especially in the evening.

The best location I ever dream of. In the heart of Ganja walking distance to the main attractions. The staff very helpful - they bring all things we asked for. Clean, renovated rooms.
