4 Rooms

Spectacular location with great views over the valley, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers, quiet of a night, Mzia is a wonderful host who welcomed us with tea and fruit, she is an absolute sweetheart who is very helpful and accommodating and we are so glad we stayed with her, there is a restaurant across the street

There is a 1km walk into town (or use bolt) but coming back to Mzia's hospitality was worth the walk

This stay was the highlight of my trip to Georgia. I felt like I was being welcomed in someone’s home, genuinely cared for from the moment I checked in. Well kept rooms, very close to the center. The host was the sweetest lady, always making sure I had everything I needed and that I slept well. Her hospitality and kindness are unmatched. Mzia is the best host I have seen in all my travels 🤍. Highly recommended stay, I myself would happily return!! Great breakfast, very generous and home-made with care.

A very nice, spacious, and clean room. The location of the guesthouse was excellent, very close to the main street.

Nothing.

The incredible kind host makes you feel welcome right away! The rooms were nice and clean, all utilities were taken care of. This stay was a definite 10/10 for us and we highly recommend everyone in Sighnaghi to book here!
