The position…it was private.there was everything that you needed in the house to makee your stay comfortable
Great family accommodation,but not child friendly if you have a buggy or pram as the accommodation is above a restaurant and there are 2 flights of steel stairs to carry the buggy up.

Equipment was minimal
In the kitchen, listed inclusions not provided in kitchen or bathrooms. No tablets for dishwasher, nor sachet for washing machine and clothes dryer inoperative. Phone call to maintenance was unsuccessful in resolving our issues.

A lovely well kept apartment, cosy and warm and perfect for the middle of January. We had everything we needed and the communication from the host was good. It was great having two bathrooms. We found some board games in a chest in the lounge which we had a lot of fun playing.
The communal space was limited but it was fine for the four of us. The lounge lighting was quite bright, it would have been nice to have had some softer lighting or a lamp.

The bathroom at the top of the stairs -people in the street can see straight up the stairs. There are no curtains or blind so that isn’t very private. Couldn’t find the parking

The location was superb and the accommodation was very well presented. Everything we needed was in easy reach with a supermarket around the corner and the metro station within easy walking distance. Plenty of bars and cafes close by too.
Entrance was difficult to find and as the yard was shared with the downstairs cafe feel that it could have been tidied up a bit and prettied up so that it was more welcoming as we were wary of what we were going to find when we walked up the outside stairs. What we did find was perfect though.
