Location is great and parking has no problem even tho there is no destinated parking space - off street parking is good - plenty of space

The view and location is great. Jenny downstairs was extremely helpful in opening the side door so we could get the luggage in easier. The apartment has real potential but needs a lot of work (see below).

There is some serious work required to get this apartment up to scratch. The smell is overpowering upon entering the property. There’s dirty cutlery in the drawers, the bathrooms were ok in terms of decoration, but badly need a deep clean. I found myself wishing our holidays away to leave. I know how financially difficult it is to rent out property but it’s not fair to expect people to stay in property in this condition. I hope the owners listen to this and other reviews and do something about it.

Spacious apartment, ensuite in bedroom. Comfortable pull out double beds in lounge, well equipped kitchen. Excellent location for parks,beach, funfair, arcades ,bars, and eateries . Parking available on street outside apartment . I would stay here again just because of the location and size of the apartment .

Carpets stained. Broken cupboard door. Greasy oven trays. The dining table delaminated around edges . Chairs wobbly. No sweeping brush or hoover . The tv wasn't working properly ( colour not right, purple cast) Just need a good deep clean and general maintenance.

The View! the view was awesome. The apartment is huge and had everything in it we needed for 4 adults for a long weekend. There's loads of street parking, but I imagine it gets filled up in the summer pretty quickly. The park and the beach are on the doorstep and its short walk (10 mins tops) to the Metro.

Bit of a whiff of drains in the bathrooms when we first arrived, but opening the window sorted that out. There gate to where the bins are kept was locked, so couldn't empty the bin ( couldn't find anything about it in the info pack) Otherwise all good!

Fantastic location, free parking right outside of property, kitchen had everything you could need for those who prefer to eat in rather than out, plenty of big radiators through out so nice and warm on an evening when the heating was on, good Wi-Fi and having both a bath and separate shower was a bonus. Overall was perfect for us staying with children and a dog.

The main thing was the carpets. Whilst they were clean in terms of having been hoovered and were free of pet hairs etc. they do desperately need a wash. There were many stains on the carpet throughout and there was an awful smell of sick coming from the second bedroom carpet which got worse when the room was warm and the window closed. We had to constantly spray air freshener on the carpet to mask the smell. Luckily it was quite warm during the day so the window was open quite a bit. Very minor things were the utensils in the kitchen not being clean, oven was a bit dirty and there was a few broken items such as lamps and cupboard doors. Probably not somewhere to stay if you are wanting somewhere immaculate with top of the range furnishings. These minor things did not affect my stay but a deep clean of the apartment at least every couple of months and ensuring anything broken items are removed/replaced would likely resolve these issues.

This has to be my worst experience when travelling anywhere in the world, I booked this on the reviews I had read on booking .com On arriving, we were met by a lovely lady downstairs who is very friendly and a tenant on the ground floor. The carpets were very dirty in the apartment. I checked the bedrooms to find that the bedding I was using also dirty, and I refused to sleep in them. I had to just lay on top and shower as soon as I got up. Checking the other room, there was a quilt covered in sick in the wardrobe. My brother had copd and had to rest in the living room.as the smell was over welming, the cooker was full of grease and burnt on food as was the pans they had seen better days. Rotting food inside one pan The fridge was dirty and not cleaned. I could not cook a meal and end up eating out. Today, on departure, I stripped the bed to ensure they changed the bedding for the next guest and found fiece on the mattress cover which made me sick to think I had to lay on the top being a palliative care nurse I was shock that this was allowed to happen cross contamination from body fluids is extremely bad. And very dangerous. So please be warned ⚠️ the view was amazing. However, there was a bird poo on every window outside.not a priority to cleaning by the crew obviously nether was the cleaning in preparation for guests arriving.Broken lamp in the bedroom now I know why it's say no refundable all photos have been taken as proof as far as I know the owners in London so not checking the work done by thus chosen cleaner but that's just my opinion. The defendant is not worth the £319 paid to stay here over the weekend visiting my family. I have contacted the owner by message outline the issue as yet I got no response
