I like to give a fair, unbiased opinion. I give positives, negatives and conclusion ...all of which are meant to be helpful not derogatory..... Positives: Great location Large comfy bed Good WiFi Nice TV in bedroom Easy check in and parking

Despite being asked if things were ok during the stay there were lots of longer term and safety issues which couldnt have been sorted out during the 2 night stay....these were as follows and I will include pics where possible. 1. Fire safety...one smoke detector in the whole property which was hanging off ceiling and wasnt hard wired.....no fire extinguisher/fire blanket in kitchen despite there being a toaster. Had to leave the back door open in case any smoke from the toaster triggered the smoke alarm. No fire detector in kitchen. Dangling trailing sockets and loose and ill fitting socket covers. Gas boiler cupboard was full of towels. 2. Child safety...though we had no children with us there were lots of hazards which made it unsafe, as follows.....roller blind cables werent attached to wall.....hazardous materials such as bleach, detergent etc in kitchen cupboard with no child locks on.....very unstable standing lamp in dining room which a child could easily pull over.....windows had no limiters on them. 3. General issues (some of which have been mentioned by previous people) as follows.....lounge tv has a green tinge and line going across bottom of screen (repair or replace).....bathroom basin has no water coming from the hot tap section....bathroom radiator not working....kitchen has no extractor fan...induction hob is not securely fitted and moves when you cook....no bedroom side tables to put drinks, phones on.......all of the sauces and condiments were out of date (some 2 years!) so we had to dispose of them as didnt want food poisoning.....back yard is a communal area but even so there is no excuse for it to be full of builders rubbish....we also couldnt hang washing out as the line was always full of other peoples laundry....constant banging around from upstairs often into late evening....generally poor decor which needs a serious update. These comments are given to help improve the property as it would make a very nice apartment when updated.
