Everything we needed and great location for where we needed to be plus the parking was perfect

Kitchen adequately equipped for upto two persons. Shower was excellent. Fast WiFi and smart TV. Good heating too I was never cold. Checkin was also super easy. I would stay again.

There are a velux windows with fitted blinds. some blinds looked like they might break if you tried to open them.

The property was warm and cosy, after we were directed how to work the heating. Bed was clean and cosy. The only concern was an electricity main box was right in the hallway at nearly floor level. We had to keep monitoring our two year old not to go there and turn it off, or worse still injure himself. Other than that the property was really nice.

The customer service was very poor, with staff really curt and borderline rude on the phone, frequently dropping the call when we were trying to clarify some issues. The booking process did not mention any security deposit, until after making the non-refundable booking for the property. They refused to direct us on how and where to get the keys until we had paid the deposit. Had it been we didn't carry the additional amount, our payment would have gone down the drains. It was expected that that requirement should have been disclosed prior to booking. The staff over the phone was very curt, and rude during the process.

The good quality of tvs and there was a lot of room.

the beds weren’t comfy and the sofa bed wasn’t what we thought it would have been.
