Primrose Cottage

Location was excellent. Close to Grassing ton and Skipton. Very clean and cozy. Well equipped and everything you need for a short stay.

Sometimes a little cold in the cottage but it was December. Once we got the log burner lit it was lovely.

Large, comfortable bed. Soft duvet and sheets. Powerful shower. Cosy ambience to the cottage. Comfortable sofas. Very pleasant location.

No name plaque on or near the door (unless covered by hydrangea?) made it hard to locate. The yellow door was distinctive but I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the instructions. I couldn't follow the instructions in the manual for the use of the cooker hobs. I have never used a cooker with electric hobs and I am not a very practical person but, whatever the reason, I simply found the instructions confusing. I just used the microwave and oven. I also needed to use the extended table for computer work as well as meals and I found the stools uncomfortable. I presume chairs were not used because of the limitations of space.

It was quite dark in the living area. It was very cool. Thermostatic radiator downstairs needed to be set higher then 20°c We couldn't find an extra plug in heater in the cottage

Very cold when we arrived. Very difficult to reach property people
